This was a 12-week Management Programme with Enterprise Rent a car. The programme consisted of focused training, project work, as well as day- to -day management and responsibilities.My role was to drive my branches' performance in terms of accounting, operations management and sales and customer satisfaction. I was responsible for planning and prioritising sales/marketing activities. Responsible for building strategic relationships with groups, frequent bookers, event managers to maximize revenue and create relevant and effective local marketing initiatives.I worked closely alongside event and exhibition managers to ensure all aspects of the individual event.
