*Manage the hiring, training, payroll, scheduling of all Guest Services & Event Security part-time staff*Supervise the performance of the Event Services part-time staff & volunteers of over 100*Gather accurate event information, produce event data sheets, and ensure that event setups are accurate for all events. Create floor plans for ticket office scaling and production via AutoCad *Implement & maintain proper scheduling and supervision of contract services for all events.*Review & implement policies & procedures for Event Services, make recommendations to Executive & Associate Director for modifications as necessary*Point of contact for touring, promoter and other event producers for all event production needs *Plans & coordinates a variety of facility events, including ice hockey & basketball games, family shows, concerts, sports & trade shows

*Oversee NASCAR at Circuit of the Americas Race Day Gate Operations, including but not limited to: Bag Checks, Magnetometers & Ticket Scanners, ensuring Fans get inside in a timely & organized manner*Responsible for yearly Budgets along with payroll, as well as creating & processing purchase orders*Responsible for staffing all security & gate operation’s needs, as well as supervision of all staff on race days*Coordinate event schedules with contracted security/staffing companies, provide guidance, & supervision during events & follows up after all events to ensure proper billing*Manage Race Time Staff of over 300
