The Regional Crewing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the crew activities across the entire Regional Network. Ensuring all services are crewed in compliance with CAO's award and other relevant provisions, monitoring all Crew legalities during periods of disruptions.Regional Supervisors work closely to support the Manager ROC Operations along side the Regional Network Supervisor to provide ongoing active support and operational leadership to the Regional Crewing Team, as well as maintaining communications with all key stakeholders. Supervisor also act as a point of escalation for any on shift Crewing matter related to Crew management or EBA interpretation.
