•Mange small staff on daily production.•Monitor daily “disclosure due” pipelines for the entire company.•Companywide training on all TRID disclosures. •Development of new hire and continuous training aids for TRID disclosures.•Review of all disclosures for new employees prior to disclosure.•Salesperson / Production Coordinator / Processor support on TRID compliance issues or general process questions.•Primary company source for Mavent /Compliance Review problem solving and support.•Assist post-closing in correcting disclosure errors for file salability.•Backup support for Basic Encompass Support.
