-Advises construction operations of project work load on short term and long term schedules and monitors backlog of construction ready projects providing leadership and support to keep construction crews productive on multiple gas distribution projects. -Plans, coordinates and supervises scheduling, engineering, material control, and day-to-day direction of administrative staff in scheduling, accounting, purchasing, etc.-Updates project status in the company’s ERP system on a regular basis and ensures that project financials are accurately reported and communicates project status on a regular basis to both internal stakeholders.-Oversees project schedule to ensure deadlines are met; monitors productivity and schedule performance; resolves schedule issues or conflicts in conjunction with construction and makes necessary recommendations to meet project budget and schedule requirements.

Utilize hydraulic models of the companies’ operating facilities to evaluate pipeline replacements, flow capacity, and shut downs of system operations. As well as forecasting the effect the acquisition of new load from mid-stream production, industrial developments, and natural gas fueling stations had on the entire gas system. Participated in high level analysis to integrate three separate companies infrastructure into one optimal operating system, while utilizing cost effective business practices.

Organized and designed pipeline construction projects by ordering appropriate materials, acquiring permits, and creating design drawings for field crews, and maintaining accurate estimates for the capital budget. Projects included working closely with all aspects of operations as well as state and local government agencies and outside engineering companies.

Collected and analyzed data to maintain compliance databases and mapping for pipeline integrity. Created base maps to update facility information management system by importing and digitizing scanned drawings.

Gathered mining permit data and maps from multiple satellite offices for Consol Energy. The data was then organized and uploaded into an online data management system that could be utilized company wide.

Designed and created a Microsoft Excel based map indexing system for their recorded plans and deed information. In addition, gathered qualitative and location data with a GPS unit for the township owned facilities. This data was then put into their GIS system to build a database. Also created training manuals and conducted training classes for municipal and public works employees on how to continue to build and manage their GIS database.
