New Yorker Aimee Phillips has worked across almost every arm of the creative industry, from music management to fashion, PR, marketing, hospitality, beauty, consulting, styling, tour managing, set design, creative direction, writing, DJing, content creation, event production, and beyond. She has worked with an array of artists including Scissor Sisters, Jax Jones, Jessie Ware, The Drums, Lily Allen, Jodie Harsh and Radio 1’s Annie Mac, and alongside some of the biggest music managers in the industry including 3D Management (Coldplay, My Chemical Romance,) Big Life (Wham!, La Roux, Snow Patrol,) Stackhouse Management (Rudimental/Gorgon City) and HardLivings/Loving Alliance (Jax Jones, Duke Dumont.) She has consulted on projects for M•A•C Cosmetics and cult beauty brand Bleach London, and in 2015 she was brought in by Money Management to work with Nick Grimshaw on series 12 of the iconic TV juggernaut The X Factor. She has written for projects including BBC3’s Sweat the Small Stuff, the Elle Style Awards, and is an ongoing contributor for Refinery29 UK. She served as creative consultant on Annie Mac’s Lost and Found Festival in Malta annually from 2015-2019 and from 2019-2022 took over as Director of Culture and Entertainment at the London EDITION Hotel before joining PURPLE as Associate Director, Arts & Culture in 2023. Aimee is also a multi genre DJ who has worked with clients including Moet, Amazon Fashion, Soho House, House of Holland, Alexa Chung, Choose Love, Ganni and the British Fashion Council and has played parties, weddings and Glastonbury Festival and everywhere in between.Aimee received a bachelors degree in Communication Arts from Marymount Manhattan College and a further education in New York nightlife, hosting and producing events at some of the most illustrious nightclubs of downtown NYC until her move to London in 2012.
