With over a decade of experience in management, I currently lead the Student Engagement department at ActivateUTS, overseeing UTS Sport, ActivateFit, and Social Clubs & Programs teams.My expertise lies in developing dynamic and enjoyable programs and initiatives to enhance the student experience. I thrive on connecting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize opportunities and understand the importance of implementing and developing community partnerships.At ActivateUTS, I manage a diverse portfolio overseeing almost 200 social and sport clubs, the UTS Elite Athlete & Performers Programs, student representation in intervarsity sports tournaments, and curating various sport and fitness programs designed to remove barriers and increase participation. My commitment to student well-being is evident, offering numerous ways for students to engage and feel supported throughout their academic journey, with established programs such as the ActivateUTS Wellbeing Reps, and Lenny's Mates Volunteering.Beyond clubs and events, I'm passionate about student development. I oversee internship and leadership programs, ensuring students have the tools to excel not only in their studies, but also in their lives beyond.On the commercial side, I also have extensive experience in fitness centre management, ensuring financial viability as well as a range of fitness programs for students and staff with ActivateFit.Gym, a mid size facility with 2000 members.I'm a skilled at people manager, currently overseeing a team of 50 full time and casual staff across three teams.
