Responsible for evaluating, underwriting and closing complex triple-bottom line New Market Tax Credit (“NMTC”) financial transactions of $10 million - $20 million in low-income communities nationwide. -Manages project evaluation and selection, including thorough financial analysis, financial modeling, credit analysis, compliance testing, legal documentation review and other due diligence related to underwriting triple-bottom line borrowers. -Has led the deal closing process for $100 million in project financing, including the negotiation of deal terms, the documentation of the NMTC loan, the coordination and management of all closing parties as well as the handoff of the project at closing to the CCML Asset Management department. -Assists in the management and sourcing of the company inquiry log and pipeline of NMTC projects.

Responsible for the oversight and management of half of CCML’s $993 billion portfolio of NMTC transactions.-Acted as CCML’s primary stakeholder relationship manager among lenders, investors, borrowers and other partners relating to each asset. -Managed all aspects of the assigned NMTC portfolio, including all borrower requests for modifications, amendments and restructurings. -Managed the disposition, exit and/or “unwind” of the NMTC investment at the end of the seven (7) year compliance period and facilitated the receipt of $1.785 million in backend fees to CCML.

Provided support to the Chief Compliance Officer in managing CCML’s compliance within the NMTC Program. -Assisted in the management and data collection for CCML’s annual reporting. -Assisted the Asset Management department in compliance and covenant tracking, including the management of multiple spreadsheets and reports.

Provided support functions for the asset management and compliance of CCML’s NMTC portfolio. -Assisted in development/management of database for loan management and compliance. -Provided day to day support to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Asset Management department.
