In my previous role I was responsible for collecting on arrears and arranging payment plans on bothdomestic and commercial accounts. I was responsible for making sure that the correct next steps were putin place and setting them in place.In March 2017 I was selected to be an employee engagement champion for my team and department, Iwas responsible for arranging different events in the department and making sure that employees wereengaged on a daily basis and making sure that I carry myself in an approachable professional all manner;because of these actions Dwr Cymru was nominated for a CIPD award in Employee Engagement and camein the top 3 for the whole of Wales.

In my previous role I worked a number of different portfolios and in a number of departments.On a daily basis I would have to develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through time lyand accurate communications whilst having a meaningful conversation around their circumstances and thereason for the arrears, from there I would have to complete an income and expenditure if necessary andthen arrange a payment plan that was appropriate for the customer’s finances and whilst ensuring that itwas within company guidelines.Before the portfolio that I was employed to work became live I assisted a number of departments with myteam and was responsible for keeping the stats for each person to ensure that the team leader could seethat we were working to our best abilities.The departments that I assisted in this that were Compliance/Quality Controls, Arrears and Primaryservices.
