Grow target accounts, initiating product trials and closing capital sales. Monthly quota consistently exceeding average quota 113.4% to 130.6%. Highlights of accomplishments include, but not limited to:- Key Products: AirSeal, Buffalo Filter, Electrosurgical Generators, Argon Energy Platforms & VCare.- Ongoing meetings with C-Suite to co-create policy (i.e. COVID-19 initiatives and protocols) for removing OR surgical smoke, upon CONMED acquiring Buffalo Filter.- Considered Subject Matter Expert (SME) and invited by SAGES (Surgical Association of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons) to participate in ongoing webinars for all the updates to be integrated into hospital protocols. - Train healthcare providers on-site for COVID-19 prevention in the OR.- Lobbying collaboration with legislators regarding AORN (key opinion RN leaders) to pass law to evacuate smoke out of the OR and supporting the Buffalo Filter line of products.- Work directly with the Intuitive Team (DaVinci Robot), as most product lines play directly with robotic procedures.

Territory management and sales of Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) for cataract removal and IOL implant surgery. Maintained existing business and grew market share in the Greater Portland area.

Point of contact for all surgeons, nurses, administrators, medical examiners, dispatchers and funeral directors to identify donor opportunities. Coordinated eye and bodily tissue donation for the entire State of Oregon and SW Washington hospitals. Exceeded donor consent rates (highest results within bank), including processing family and patient histories and physical exams of donors. Broad knowledge of hospital EMR systems, laboratory and sterile technique, patient care and HIPAA policies. Accomplishments include:- 2011: Recognized for highest consent rates company-wide.
