Assisting the detail (rosta) manager with rota’s for the Prison Staff. Working alongside the post room with admin duties such as CMS / Nomis, delivering post, Rapiscanning incoming mail for paraphernalia, email inquiries. As well as undertaking any other duties delegated by Senior Management.

Outpatient administrator, responsible for but not limited to; Meeting patients, booking in patients for their appointments, dealing with the correct paper work for the patients. Answering telephone queries, responding to emails, dealing with incoming faxes. Liaising with Consultants, Medical secretaries and other members of staff. Amending details on UltraGender and People Soft. Opening and closing of the department. Booking follow up appointments for patients. Taking payments for minor operations and insurance policies. As well as other daily admin tasks.
