Job involved creating original artwork to be digitized into stock embroidery designs. The process for this included: an original pencil sketch with at least two reference sources, a full colored-pencil rendering, a full computer rendering using Adobe Freehand, and finally printing out the design, using a large scale plotter, with stitching directions for the digitizer. I was also part of the training team for new employees and the creative team that looked for trends in the industry and compiled project lists for the art department to complete.
