Currently a Marketing Coordinator at Metroid Electrical Engineering where we build and manufacture quality industrial control switchboards all in-house!Before I was marketing coordinator at Metroid, I completed a Bachelor of Graphic Design at La Trobe University Bendigo, (with a semester studying in Florence, Italy in 2016). After university, I obtained digital agency experience at an internship in Melbourne for 9 months. At Get Noticed Digital Agency I was responsible for the design and implantation of promotional materials such as brochures, social media and blog posts. I worked as a Graphic Designer in the print and signage industry at Academy Graphics, located in Swan Hill. Working with a team of knowledgeable sign writers and designers I was able to have one-on-one consultations with clients who were starting their own business, requiring logos, business cards, letterheads, email signatures, vinyl cut lettering, signage and vehicle wraps. While working for Academy Graphics, I was sub-contracted the role of marketing at Matrix Piping Systems. Responsibilities included website maintenance, product photography, catalogue design, online strategies, video editing and social media management. I also started their company Instagram page. Moving back to my hometown Bendigo, I worked at Regional Reach Advertising located in the beautiful historic Fortuna Villa. My responsibilities included designing social media and print materials to promote upcoming events and services, WordPress maintenance and website design, storyboard creating and photo editing for TVC production and designing two magazine publications including the Australian Veterinarian and The Agronomist. This proceeded me into my next role at Apiam Animal Health where I implemented various marketing campaigns, managed social media for over 50 different company profiles, data reported to key personnel, designed templates to enhance team efficiency and brand consistency, filmed and photographed various projects including recruitment videos.Now at Metroid Electrical Engineering, I am responsible for the planning and executing of various marketing campaign strategies which will expand Metroid's network to new markets.
