I have been working for DYW Moray since 2018, where I have progressed through the company undertaking various roles and courses. Within and outside of work, communication and organisational skills are my strongest while managing various events, activities, projects and meetings. I very much enjoy meeting new people, while building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders. Alongside full time work, I am currently undertaking my Graduate Apprenticeship in Business Management at RGU and I will graduate in 2024. I am a great advocate of learning and development, in particular apprenticeships as I have completed a Foundation and Modern Apprenticeship in business admin.In my spare time, you’ll either find me at a gym class, traveling with my family and friends or discovering new bars and restaurants!

As part of this, I also handle the marketing and promotion of these events to ensure maximum participation and impact.Additionally, I serve as the link between local businesses and UHI Moray, bringing employers into the educational environment to enhance the curriculum. I organize various activities such as class talks, workplace tours, projects, and workshops, creating valuable interactions between students and potential future employers.In my role, I account manage relationships with employers, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
