This includes guiding them on upskilling young people through apprenticeships, identifying available funding for recruiting young people, and strategies to engage with young talent to support their future workforce pipeline.I manage and run events and workshops from start to finish for employers, aligning with key KPIs and equipping them with the latest knowledge. These events are designed to support local employers in effectively engaging with and developing young talent. As part of this, I also handle the marketing and promotion of these events to ensure maximum participation and impact.Additionally, I serve as the link between local businesses and UHI Moray, bringing employers into the educational environment to enhance the curriculum. I organize various activities such as class talks, workplace tours, projects, and workshops, creating valuable interactions between students and potential future employers.In my role, I account manage relationships with employers, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships. This involves a significant sales component, where I actively promote our programs and services to businesses, demonstrating the value of investing in young talent and the benefits of our initiatives.Furthermore, I drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and partnerships that can benefit local employers and young people alike.
