Coming from my most recent role working in a fast paced and hugely successful boutique estate agency, I have seen first hand the importance of "the client experience".I understand the value chain and how providing tailored services whilst demonstrating real value delivers the best outcomes for the business and their client alike.The customer facing roles I have enjoyed have been in the most part relationship driven and I find these roles rewarding. From engaging with new clients and communicating with them through each step of the process through to developing my referral skills with existing clients.It's also important to feel part of the team but still being able to contribute as an individual too.I look forward to my journey in property management and improving the customer experience.
