Duties include:- Create and manage multi-channel content strategy and collaborate with relevant team members to activate campaigns, drive brand awareness and create new revenue streams (report directly into Marketing Director and work closely with Founder, Creative Director and Project Manager)- Was a key component in the recent re-brand, managing all elements of a successful waitlist teaser campaign and creating a compelling launch across all channels, including website, email and social, to bring to life the new brand proposition- Manage and deliver email campaign strategy and implement fresh and enticing content pieces to offer value, educate consumers and nurture community- Company lead for messaging, bringing fresh steer to B2C comms and owner of all copywriting- Provide weekly campaign stats to monitor digital performance, KPIs and provide learnings

Worked with multiple clients at one time to deliver activations and creative content from concept to creation, in line with the business goals set by each client. Scope of work included PR, marketing campaigns, content strategy, copywriting, project management and event management.Key projects include (but not limited to):- Part of launch team for 180 Health Club at 180 The Strand. Responsible for building launch strategy and managing implementation of digital activations- End to end marketing, PR and project management support on Marie Claire UK's four annual wellness and beauty awards projects, including their Sustainability Awards- Consulted on key campaigns and creative content activations for DOSE, playing pivotal role in launching IGTV for brand, as a extension of the successful ‘Hacking Happiness’ podcast series
