- Manage a case load of approximately 210 students.- Conduct individual counseling sessions related to academic and personal issues. Partnered with administrative team to establish and implement a strategy for international student recruitment.- Served as an advocate and resource on international issues for the Rider University community.- Interviewed/counseled prospective international students and their families; created and maintained strong relationships with school counselors at secondary schools.- Collaborated with publications consultant to develop Admissions marketing materials. Acted as primary coordinator of all undergraduate admission mailings and communication plan. Responsible for implementation of Undergraduate Admission e-mail communication plan.- Recruited and managed domestic recruitment territory.- Made formal admission presentations to students, families and counselors.
