Natural Resource Group was acquired by Environmental Resource Management (ERM) in 2014. As a part of this transition my role with ERM is regulatory specialist. I have experience in the U.S. Great Basin Region, U.S. Midwest, U.S. Mid Atlantic, U.S. Southeast, and the United Kingdom. I have been involved with projects for transmission lines, natural gas pipelines, telecommunication facilities, transportation routes, and construction building extensions. I have experience in all aspects of cultural resources management including archaeology, historic structures, agency and tribal consultations and consulting with other federal agencies including the Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs, State Museums, and SHPO offices. As a regulatory specialist I have experience in Stormwater Management Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC), air permitting, Army Corps of Engineers permitting, and local and state permitting requirements. My strengths include conducting Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III cultural resource studies, Section 106 report writing, writing NEPA sections, completing site forms, NRHP recommendations, SWPPP's, SPCC, local and state permiting and agency consultation.

I was responsible for conducting Class I cultural inventory for cultural resources, performing Phase II and Phase III field survey, and full documentation of all sites and isolates including photographs, sketches, and GPS data. Completing IMACS site forms, and preparation and writing of the final cultural resources report.

I was responsible for managing and completing each site project from start to finish including managing budgets, supervising fieldwork progress and staff management, analysis, and report writing, Pre-excavation Surveying, Test Pitting, Phase II-III Excavation fieldwork, and conducting environmental Geotechnical watching briefs. Supervising a large team for each project. Most of the projects were mobile phone communication towers throughout the Southeast states.
