I’ve worked in childcare and worked my way up the ladder for 16 years. My big challenge was setting up a nursery from scratch in 2013 and received my first good as a nursery manager. I had a year gap to become a Personal Trainer. I then decided to go back to the company I worked for previously as their Quality Manager at the nursery I’m currently at. I missed working with children and families so my heart told me to go back to childcare and here I am.
