My main role was a plate-runner which involved taking the food to the customers. It also involved taking drink orders and cleaning the restaurant.

My role was primarily as a waitress. This role involved serving clients, bar work, taking orders, the set-up and pack-up of functions, dealing with clients, co-ordaining with external entertainment providers and working in the kitchen at times.
