• I currently managed a team of 11 staff delivering FM soft Services to include: Reception, Security, Cleaning & Catering. Due to the client business at this site numbers often varied and I have adapted services and.
• Managing and recording HR issues across a team of 11 employees across FM Soft Services.
• Manage and co-ordinate alongside subcontractor FM Hard Services to include all PPM and reactive works.
• Responsible for the H&S of the staff and building to include ensuring training is kept up to date, compliance with current legislation, accident/incident investigation and prevention.
• Budget holder to ensure job requests are within budget and implement savings where possible.
• Drive sales in catering unit, cash handling, banking, raise internal recharges, record and run monthly P&L reports

To provide support for the delivery of all site facilities, including liasing with customers, contractors and internal service providers to ensure that the service delivered meets the client’s requirements. Undertake site walk rounds to ensure that the site meets Vertex standards and the use of systems such as Dynamics and Security systems will be.

• To support staff across two sites and take lead due to FM long term sick ensure business as usual.
