    I currently managed a team of 11 staff delivering FM soft Services to include: Reception, Security, Cleaning & Catering. Due to the client business at this site numbers often varied and I have adapted services and operating hours to suit the business needs, ensuring we remained within set budgets. 2 years ago I TUPE transferred subcontractors in-house for Reception, Security, Cleaning and Catering. I am responsible for managing all external contractors for the FM hard services, which include M&E, water treatment, access control, CCTV and fire systems. Current Responsibilities Include: • Managing and recording HR issues across a team of 11 employees across FM Soft Services. • Manage and co-ordinate alongside subcontractor FM Hard Services to include all PPM and reactive works. • Responsible for the H&S of the staff and building to include ensuring training is kept up to date, compliance with current legislation, accident/incident investigation and prevention. • Budget holder to ensure job requests are within budget and implement savings where possible.• Drive sales in catering unit, cash handling, banking, raise internal recharges, record and run monthly P&L reports • Creating and implementing company procedures and policy statements to cover FM, safety, risk, compliance and environment. • Monthly reporting to Regional FM and stakeholders. • Weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual meeting attendance to include minute taking, action plan creation and KPI’s. • Creating and training out standard operating procedures including Fire evacuations. • Attain client expectations and requirements by arranging regular meetings.• Create relationships with dedicated suppliers for all Operational products.
