Responsible for the end-to-end management of shops under Service by Shopee (SBS). Seller Center operations and management (SKU creation, Marketing Discounts) Supply Planning (PO creation) Management of expiring and ageing inventory Shop Performance (NFR, LSR, and Listings Compliance)Working closely with internal stakeholders (Warehouse/Logistics/Key Account Manager/)

-Analysis of inventory management (tin cans and lids)-Analysis of finished goods inventory-Ensures all transactions for raw materials (tin cans and lids) are accounted and with accuracy- Reconcile inventory (tin cans and lids) discrepancies.- Safe keeping of delivery receipts and issuance documents for tin cans and lids.- Coordinates with plant personnel as regards to their material (tins and lids) requests/inventory.- Coordinates with warehouse personnel to validate all delivery receipts reflected in the system are with accuracy.- Coordinates with supplier as regards to deliveries of raw materials (tin cans and lids) status.

- Assist in extraction, generation, consolidation, validation, and analyzation of company’s daily and weekly sales ( revenue and volume) using business analytical tools.- Coordinates with external clients regarding their sales report.- Provide assistance in creating new template for sales report using Microsoft Excel.- Process sales report request from other departments.
