▪ Fully responsible for backend database and data access layer design, modeling, implementation and ongoing management of ‘boilerplate/white label’ solutions for multiple marketing clients. All applications included customer-facing interfaces and administration tooling built with Angular and/or React frontends. Backend architecture was built using Microsoft SQL Server databases with custom C#.NET REST APIs using WCF services.▪ Designed, built, and maintained multiple applications to support integration with print vendors, shipping and mailing vendors, SSO providers, external data providers, client billing automation systems and custom reporting solutions for above-described instances. Most integrations included custom C#.NET REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL Agent Jobs, .NET console applications and PowerShell scripting as needed to support requirements by vendor.▪ Assisted data services team in supporting data warehousing and ETL functionality for automotive client’s data requirements. Solutions included SQL Server databases with a mix of PowerShell, Python, SQL Agent Jobs and SSIS tooling.▪ Responsible for support and ongoing feature development of internal legacy applications to support the companies’ in-house photography, film and video and CG/CGI animation capabilities. Applications were written in ASP.NET and C#.NET with SQL Server databases. Integrations with NetSuite were included to support ERP and accounting functionality. Integration with XMPie variable data marketing software for serving previews of final products to application end users.▪ Provided additional assistance, company-wide, in troubleshooting system failures, performance tuning and refactoring of existing systems, providing database replication solutions for reporting requirements, mentoring team members and assisting infrastructure team for new hardware or third party tooling upgrades and migrations, as needed. ▪ Responsible for maintenance and continuing feature development of financial management and accounting software targeted towards group-based, non-profit organizations. Primary application was an ASP.NET 3.5 multi-tiered website with multiple SQL Server 2008 R2 backend databases. Additional components included REST and SOAP web APIs, integration with Facebook and assorted payment and financial APIs.▪ Adhered to agile software development methodologies and scrum development processes on a team with three other senior developers.

▪ Responsible for extensive customization of Sage SalesLogix Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolset. Web client was an ASP.NET 3.5 multi-tiered application based on the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern with C#.NET code and a SQL Server 2008 R2 backend database. Included planning, requirements analysis with marketing management teams, modeling new and/or re-factoring existing architecture, development and integration with existing systems, implementation and support.▪ Operated as lead developer for additional staff being brought onto the project in preparation for further expansion in North America, and implementation in Latin America and Europe. Includes participation in technical screenings, programmer training, development of system processes and standards, and technical documentation. ▪ Extensive re-factoring of existing system to resolve multiple issues relating to performance, security, cross-browser compatibility and scalability. Included data integration with legacy systems using web services, ETL technologies via SQL Server replication and a fully re-designed reporting interface using dynamic SQL Reporting Services, embedded into SalesLogix web client. Reporting solution also includes automated reporting functionality via SSRS subscriptions and custom administration tools written using SSRS web services.

▪ Developed subscriber-based personal financial management web application designed in adherence with Model View Presenter (MVP) design pattern with strong object-oriented model. Site developed in ASP.NET 3.5 with SQL Server 2008 back-end, localized for English and Spanish languages. Includes separate Web Administrator and Content Manager applications.▪ Developed and implemented role, profile and custom membership providers based on .NET SQL Membership Provider Class for use on all three websites.▪ Assisted database developer with data-modeling and SQL object development.▪ Assisted in creating and maintaining technical documentation including class diagrams, and physical, functional and database specifications.

▪ Developed and managed TIP Tracker web application for tracking time in progress of jobs per service level agreements with national clients. Application developed in ASP.NET 2.0 with VB/ADO.NET technologies and SQL Server 2005 back-end. Usage required network-wide, approximately 2000+ users. Solution included VB.NET console application component for sending automated email reminders and web-based administration site for Home Office users.▪ Developed and maintained four public websites used for franchise development, customer satisfaction and international marketing.▪ Worked with Lead Developer to provide additional development, maintenance and support of all other systems such as Home Office Administration site, XactWare interface (EDI system developed in C#.NET with XML encoding), ad-hoc reporting system (SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services), RestorNet proprietary software (MS Access 2007 ADP front-end with SQL Server 2005 back-end), SharePoint team site and all SQL Server database objects required for above systems.
