I spearhead our hospitality division, focused on providing outstanding guest experiences, unparalleled service and amazing memories for Thunder fans. I run point on initiatives for ownership and VIP hospitality as well as oversee all aspects of our premium spaces. I manage the partnership with Levy, our exclusive F&B team at Paycom Center, and love getting to work so closely with all of our amazing business alliance partners at our arena.My team is lucky to work hand-in-hand with our events, operations, corporate partnerships, member services, sales and guest relations teams to bring countless events to life throughout the year. We collaborate on all sizes and styles of events and are always looking for new ways to elevate the Thunder experience for our guests.

I oversee all premium spaces in our arena to ensure the highest level of guest care and experience. I love getting to collaborate on events and activations with all departments in our organization and bring my hospitality expertise to all facets of our business. I host over 200 events each season with my team and love interacting with all of our amazing fans, community members and business partners. I've been fortunate to plan milestone events for our organization including jersey patch unveilings, jersey number retirement celebrations, partner events and socials for our Chairman. I'm the main liaison for our food and beverage partners at the arena, working closely on service, quality and experience in all of our spaces. I also enjoy working closely with our arena management company, ASM, and their amazing staff that takes care of the building. I've been given opportunities to travel and see other venues, research new industry trends and expand my knowledge within the field.

When the OKC Blue G-League team re-located to Oklahoma City, I coordinated the transition for their business office staff and helped set up the plans in their new arena. I learned how to process ticket orders, handle box office needs and troubleshoot on game nights, coordinate catering orders and set new processes in place. I was lucky to see all aspects of the development team business as it got up and running in the Thunder offices.

VEST invests in women-led companies and develops and connects women professionals across industries, regions and career levels so that together we can expedite the pipeline of more women in positions of power and influence.

I coordinated all recruiting, leasing, move-ins, and roommate matching for the complex. I developed our leasing system and recruited every resident for the first three seasons, starting when I was a senior in college. I also had the opportunity to contribute and execute the advertising and PR strategy as we took on a new clientele and re-branded the company. Working with a specialized database to track client information, I kept in constant communication with our residents to improve the business and grow our program.

I learned the inner workings of a talent agency and got the opportunity to work large scale events and parties, assist multiple agents and the CEO and manage the office supply accounts for the Norman and OKC branches during my tenure.

-researched and pitched event ideas to campaign staff -maintained master database and office calendar with every event and location of field representatives -researched and logged all media coverage throughout state publications-assisted on commercial spots and large-scale watch parties-managed petty cash accounts
