Aimee has extensive kitchen and bath background experience, starting with an Interior Design Degree from CMU in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. After moving to Chicago and working at a flagship luxury plumbing and tile showroom in the Merchandise Mart for 8 years, she ventured off on her own and started her own kitchen & bath design firm. She’s always worked closely with homeowners, contractors, and vendors to solidify designs & layouts, coordinate purchased material, be a consultant for installation for mid-high end residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects. Aimee is certified through the National Kitchen and Bath Association as a CMKBD (Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer). The CMKBD designation requires that she maintains a high level of continuing education and experience in the kitchen and bath industry. She has been a winner of various design competitions and has been a judge for the annual Chicago/Midwest NKBA chapter's 'Design Visions' awards competition. Aimee is also on the executive council of the Michigan State NKBA Chapter, currently serving as president for its 600+ members. Aimee is passionate about designing dynamic kitchen and bath spaces that clients can be proud of for life. Incorporating various elements of Universal Design into all of her projects ensures the longevity and functionality of her designs.
