Sourcing professional consultants for government clients in the area of security, SAP, Peoplesoft, Business Intelligence, project management, business solutions, and IM/IT.

• Full cycle recruitment
• Providing guidance and advice to both clients and candidates in terms of staffing and recruitment practices and procedures
• Staffing jobs in the IM/IT and professional services field in private and government sector
• Recruiting and Assessing applicants through different methods including direct applications, local advertising, various internet job boards, social media, internal database searching, networking groups, and referral.
• Bringing all contract and permanent placement orders to closure with clients and candidates (contract negotiation, salary negotiation, offer letters, reference checks).
• Preparing and administering contract for Contractors and SOW/Agreements with clients.
