She is responsible for designing strategies that enable senior executives & global teams to innovate, develop & grow across all spectrums of personal development. Originally from the USA, Aimee has enjoyed an international career that has seen her live and work across Europe & America and is a frequent speaker on learning, people & data at international conferences, including CIPD Learning and HR Tech Europe.Prior to Google, she held various communications and leadership roles across politics and start-ups, including a stint working as the Deputy Operations Director in Ohio for the Barack Obama presidential campaign & the Digital Communications Director for CareerMee.com. She holds a B.A in International Relations from Northwestern University and a graduate degree in Strategy & Innovation from the University of Oxford, Said Business School. Aimee is also an Executive Coach (Brown University) specializing in leadership development and organizational change and maintains an active client roster of senior leaders in the tech space.
