If you are currently struggling to cope with life challenges, are feeling unfulfilled, or want to seek personal growth, the therapeutic relationship can provide an open and nonjudgmental atmosphere to explore the body and mind in a safe, comfortable space.I work with adults and couples impacted by childhood trauma, intrusive thoughts, anxiety and panic, relationship issues, identity confusion, low self esteem, and grief/loss. I believe therapy is useful for everyone, whether you are struggling to cope with general life stressors or want to work on becoming your best self.I discovered early in my career that traditional talk therapy doesn’t work best for everyone. I draw on ancient practices, Eastern medicine and evidence-based research to awaken your innate healing potential. In our work together we will utilize a variety of modalities such as mindfulness, hypnotherapy, IFS, EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, NLP and DBT. My certifications include Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Provider, and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour).
