The Strategic Partnerships Manager promotes the SmartHER News Brand and aids to expand the SmartHER News audience through strategic partnerships. The Partnerships Manager works collaboratively with the SmartHER News Operations team to develop and execute a strategy to secure partnerships that align with SmartHER News’ commitment to quick, concise, non-partisan news.• Build and execute a partnership development marketing plan across SmartHER News platforms (weekend digest, SCOOP subscribers, Instagram etc.), including opportunities for partnerships with the SmartHER News Shop• Research, identify, and track potential partnership opportunities that align with the SmartHER News brand and will expand relevant viewership• Create the necessary material (e.g. produce visual proposals through PowerPoint) to secure these partnerships• Own and execute the partner marketing program end-to-end: Nurture relationships with past and prospective partners, develop and deploy programs, and measure program effectiveness• Develop and negotiate partnership terms and conditions• Create all partner marketing deliverables within SmartHER News Brand Guidelines• Deploy SmartHER News partner programs on-time, within budget (as needed) and in alignment with the partner or affiliate• Provide consistent reporting on the success of the partner program; establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)• Research and stay on top of current co-marketing trends and best practices

The role of Operations Lead at Camelot is that of a hybrid Account Manager and Ad Trafficking Specialist. As a privately held company, Camelot partners with its clients, some of which include Nordstrom’s, Intuit Turbo Tax, Whole Foods, Michaels Stores, Facebook Business, Monster, Experian and Baylor Scott & White to name a few. I currently work on Dave& Buster’s, Main Event and Magnifi brands. Below is a list of some daily tasks I complete for these clients.• Schedule weekly client meetings to review status of existing campaigns and strategize for future promotions • Prepare client authorizations for buying • Setup and deliver insertion orders to our various media partners • Work closely with creative agencies to deliver ad specifications for media buys • Download media creative and upload into ad serving platform for ad trafficking • Traffic ad tags to media partners for campaign launches • Pull reporting upon launch of campaigns to review ad delivery • Reconcile monthly billing invoices

As the Director of Account Management I report directly to the Country Manager as part of the Senior Management Team. I oversee and manage the Account Managers who all sit in satellite offices as well as maintain the South Central accounts by supporting the three Senior sellers based in Texas. Each year the South Central region drives the most revenue out of every region for the company.

As a Supervisor I lead the Account Management team who support the Digilant sales team nationwide. The Account Managers all sit in remote locations which include San Francisco, Chicago and New York. I am also personally responsible for supporting the South Central market which is the largest revenue driver for the company.
