As a young teen, I loved to buy InStyle magazine, not for the fashion articles or latest trends, but for the print advertisements. It was one of the thickest magazines available and I was in heaven each month it published. A few years later, in my early college days, I visited my parents during a holiday break. We stopped at one of those stores that had gone out of business, but a traveling bookstore temporarily rented the space, and you just dug through boxes upon boxes of books. It was here that I found Chip Kidd's "The Cheese Monkeys" and I was officially introduced to, and fascinated by, the world of graphic design.As a current in-house graphic designer, I specialize in print and digital communications, supporting internal and client-based tasks for a variety of project types. I have supported multiple print projects including graphic design, branding, logo design, illustration, renderings, brochures, handouts, reports, and presentations. Additionally, I have more than 10 years of marketing experience, supporting company strategic growth initiatives.My software skills include Adobe Creative Cloud (formerly Adobe Creative Suite):✔️ InDesign✔️ Illustrator✔️ PhotoshopI'm an advanced user of both Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
