At YWCA, I am in charge of the planning and implementation of our three major annual events and numerous smaller events throughout the year. I am also in charge of finding and placing volunteers with our various programs. Finally, I oversee YWCA's Young Ambassadors, who assist in spreading awareness about the programs and services our agency offers, as well as host several fundraisers.

I am also a successful grant writer. Past successful grants have included awards from the Missouri Arts Council, US Bank, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Cardinals Care and more.

As Executive Director, I work closely with area businesses on advertising, customer service, consumer trends, social media, continuing education and more. I also aid in business retention and recruitment. The Chamber hosts multiple events, trainings and meetings for the community that I am in charge of planning and executing.

As event coordinator, I was in charge of making sure all aspects of each event was taken care of. My duties ranged from leading event committee meetings, to coordinating plans with the City, to booking entertainment. I also performed everyday office duties, such as answering phones, writing letters, etc.
