I worked diligently on brand strategy after the company faced a class action lawsuit and then navigated through the pandemic. I rebuilt both websites for the company, built an extensive video library averaging 2-4 videos per month, 3-5 social media posts per week, and managed all email marketing activities with an average open rate of over 40%. Employment marketing was also one of my many responsibilities, and I implemented JazzHR as the primary platform for these activities. I coordinated all company events and worked closely with the Sales team to leverage both our B2B and B2C activities. In addition to the content I produced personally, I managed all design projects with our design partner and production house. I wore many hats in this role and focused on making sure all marketing efforts were in-line with the latest trends and market forecasts.

There were five primary platforms that agents were required to use and I was responsible for teaching and coaching the agents on how to utilize the marketing tools. I led classes, workshops and provided one-on-one assistance with making changes to agent websites, email marketing campaigns and graphic design for marketing collateral.

In my role as Wellness Coach, I work with individuals and groups dealing with grief and loss, life transitions, motherhood, divorce, mother loss. I developed and facilitated a women's wellness program called Well, Wise Women. Ten women were in each group and the coaching I did was a combination of educating, training and facilitating the growth of participating members. I also saw clients privately for ongoing support with health issues, specifically breast cancer, prostate cancer and generalized anxiety.

My responsibilities were to hire crew members and organize and oversee film and video production jobs. My second responsibility was to write or edit the script so that the project message had the maximum impact on the target audience.

Incenter Wellness Consulting was the company I created that provided support for grieving families through a booklet "Healing Grief" and a video "The Path to Healing Grief". The program was also utilized as a lead generation program for an IMO and the 35 funeral homes they worked with in California and Oregon. I also founded the Healing Arts Counsel of Ojai and helped form an Executive Health Group in Portland, Oregon.

Producer, Writer and Editor for small film and video production company. As Producer I organized film/video shoots including hiring crew members. As a writer, I created the scripts, edited existing or partially written dialogue. As an editor, I worked with Final Cut Pro and edited the Health and Wellness video projects.

I worked as a Wellness Coach for WellCall, Inc. WellCall provides on-site physical exams for the employees of contracted organizations. After the results were in the wellness coaches call employees with the results and then discuss recommendations for improving state of well-being. In addition to working as an in house Wellness Coach, I also participated in lunchtime talks at client locations.
