About Aimee S. Gibson, Mba, Pcc

Aimee Gibson is a Georgetown University ITL leadership coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and former consulting executive with over 20 years of experience. She is sought after as a talented executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker. Aimee has worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors representing a wide range of industries. She works internationally and for small and large local and geographically dispersed companies. Aimee coaches both 1-1 and teams and delivers large-scale leadership training. When coaching, Aimee skillfully administers the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP©) 360 as a basis for individual and team learning and growth while drawing on her knowledge of adult development theory. Aimee also serves as the Communications Chair for the International Coach Federation, Nebraska Chapter, and is an active member of her son’s middle school booster club.
