Aimee Gibson is a Georgetown University ITL leadership coach, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and former consulting executive with over 20 years of experience. She is sought after as a talented executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker. Aimee has worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors representing a wide range of industries. She works internationally and for small and large local and geographically dispersed companies. Aimee coaches both 1-1 and teams and delivers large-scale leadership training. When coaching, Aimee skillfully administers the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP©) 360 as a basis for individual and team learning and growth while drawing on her knowledge of adult development theory. She draws too, on mindfulness practices she studied at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine and essential practices and tools designed to increase organizational equity and inclusion as studied at the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business. As an Adjunct faculty member at both Georgetown University and American University, Aimee honed her ability to deliver learning and coaching that focuses on developing the capacity within individuals, teams, and organizations to build greater awareness, increase effectiveness, and deliver results. In her consulting practice, Aimee deftly incorporates her organizational change management experience, inclusion best practices, and assessments to create brave spaces for change. As an active member of HRAM of the Midlands’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee member, she won the 2024 Volunteer of the Year award for her contributions. Aimee also serves as the Communications Chair for the International Coach Federation, Nebraska Chapter, and is an active member of her son’s middle school booster club.
