In my role, I work with a team of dedicated professionals to support over 30 programs to effectively use technology in delivering employment services. In 2022, I was handpicked to expand the team's scope into the realm of data governance. In early 2024, I became the first incumbent in a new role on ACCES' leadership team that is responsible for data strategy and digital solutions. I lead the talented Online Services team who:- Train staff on using over a dozen platforms in service delivery- Ensure that VERA, an AI-based chatbot on our website, is current and integrated as another doorway to services and information- Project manage curriculum revisions and development- Make it simpler to collect, enter and access the information we needI *love* what I do. I am a translator between the business and the tech.
