After a decade in early childhood education, I’ve taken a break from teaching to embark on a new chapter in my family's business, Nepean Solar Solutions. We're a local, long-standing, and leading provider of solar and battery storage systems in the greater Penrith area, specialising in the design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of residential and commercial energy solutions, and as the Customer Care and Administration Manager, I am dedicated to our core purpose of helping people reduce the cost of their electricity bills. Three days a week, I work in the office - nourishing new enquiries, preparing for upcoming projects, and attending to the quality before and after sales service we are renowned for. In addition to this, I manage and create content for our social media, organise and coordinate the core of our email marketing, and oversee essential operational tasks. I also assist with invoicing, payment reconciling, material ordering, job scheduling, metering upgrades, and compliance, while ensuring all procedures meet our quality assurance and accreditation standards.
