Since working at First Personnel I have successfully canvassed and maintained business with many blue chip companies to include Halfords, Morrisons, Atchison Topeka, all of who I am now a sole vendor too. I have also managed to take First Personnel up to a gold member status with DePoel. During my time at First Personnel, I had a break on Maternity leave and returned to start up a driving plan in central Birmingham. Show less

Running a successful driving plan for the Redditch / Evesham and surrounding areas I managed a plan of up to 50 HGV drivers. Developing and managing ongoing client relationships - both on the phone and face to face providing market knowledge and advice to employers. Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals; maintaining candidate networks. Very similar to my above role however with less responsibility and covering a smaller area.
