Worked at Fulton Hogan as a Health and Safety Intern whilst I undertook my Honours year Research Project looking at "The Prevention and Management of Heat Stress of Asphalt Workers in South-East Queensland". This Internship included visiting several road construction sites where Asphalt roads were being laid. I conducted WBGT / Thermal stress quantitative monitoring, as well as interviewed workers through using a survey to gain both qualitative and quantitative data whilst a these sites.As part of this internship I also visited several Quarries run by Fulton Hogan in South-East Queensland, as well as the Head Office in Eight Mile Plains, and participated in a ISO 31000 Audit and the Tambourine Mountains Office.
