Working at Uline during (and after) my college years, afforded me the opportunity to apply many of my business skills that I was learning in the classroom to real life experiences. Not only did I have the opportunity to work in inside sales, outside sales, and customer service; but I also was able to gain experience working with IT on programming changes, opening our website call center, and was instrumental in managing a group of employees which established my ability to lead by example, motivate, and educate.
