I am a Director in the Law team at EY and the Co-Leader of our Private Law Team, admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.I advise high net wealth individuals and large private corporate groups on all areas of tax, trust law and related corporate and commercial work. My work includes advising in relation to complex tax matters, asset protection concerns, implementing effective tax and commercial strategies and developing and implementing bespoke business succession and estate planning solutions.In 2019 and 2020 I was named by Doyle's Guide as an Estates and Succession Planning Rising Star. This Award details non-Partner level lawyers practicing in either of contentious or non-contentious wills, estates and succession planning law matters across all Australian legal markets who have been identified by senior level Wills and Estates lawyers and barristers for their knowledge and expertise in these areas.In March 2019 I was nominated for the Women Lawyers WA Woman Lawyer of the Year Award. This Award recognises those women who have made significant recent contributions to the promotion of justice for all women and the participation of women in the legal profession.In March 2018 I was named Emerging Tax Star and the recipient of the Gordon Cooper Memorial Scholarship at the Tax Institute of Australia’s Tax Adviser of the Year Awards. The Tax Advisor of the Year Awards are one of Australia's most prestigious awards program for tax practitioners. In June 2017 I was a finalist in the Taxation category of the Lawyer’s Weekly 30 under 30 Awards. This awards program identifies the finest young lawyers across AustraliaI am a regular presenter for professional bodies including The WA Law Society, The Tax Institute, including their Women in Tax Division, Legalwise and have been a guest lecturer at the University of Western Australia.I have co-authored several articles that have been published in reputable law journals.
