Working for Aberdeen Football Club's partner charity, Aberdeen FC Community Trust, delivering community based programmes in Aberdeen and across the North East of Scotland. The main programmes I am involved in are focused on the well-being of the elderly community, encouraging socialising and keeping active in order to live a happier and fuller life. This involves the planning and delivery of Health Walks, Exercise Classes and Reminiscence Sessions.I also co-deliver the SPFL Trust's Football Fans in Training Programme. FFIT is a health and wellbeing programme, funded by the SPFL Trust, where like-minded individuals attend a 12 week programme learning about healthy eating, portion control, and increasing physical activity with a view to losing weight and becoming fitter.I am also involved in match days when Aberdeen FC play at home. The Junior Matchday Club is where children are given 1 hours coaching before being accompanied to the match. I take the role of registering the children as they arrive for coaching and monitoring the activity throughout the duration of the day.In the Summer of 2015 I achieved my 200 hour Saltire award for volunteering with the Trust.After over a year volunteering with AFCCT I became a paid member of staff in 2016.

Temporary Summer employment in the knitwear factory between college and university. Full time (39 hours) plus overtime when required working as a kitting operator. Responsible for ensuring all garments were sent to customers with correct tickets, stickers, neck tabs and wash instructions. Working as part of a large team to ensure the quality of the product was to a high standard. Given more responsibility over the years to allocate work to other employees. Hawick Knitwear produces garments for companies such as Lyle and Scott, Fred Perry,Chanel and Victoria Beckham. My experience at Hawick Knitwear has proven to be very valuable, learning many transferable skills as I progressed through my education.

Fully qualified lifeguard. Casual worker (no contracted hours). Main roles included ensuring safety of the public, interacting with the public, working as part of a team with other employees, dealing with customer issues and acting as a role model to the children using the facility. Attended staff training once per month to keep up to date with the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and ensure that if an accident were to occur it could be dealt with in the correct and safest manner.
