-Supply chain support for both internal and external customers including residential and commercial solar installs. -Contract development and negotiation including but not limited to the following goods and services categories: Lead generation, marketing, advertising, facilities, MRO, and construction. -Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT security, risk, safety and other internal departments to finalize contractual agreements with suppliers and partners.-Responsible for identifying and tracking cost savings opportunities across all markets and departments. -Onboard and review suppliers to ensure they meet company requirements of standards for safety, business practices, and financial qualifications. -Negotiates and reviews RFPs to drive down costs while still maintaining continuity and value.-Coordinates with the engineering department to identify products to be placed on the Approved Equipment List. -Acts as an expeditor and liaison in the logistics chain to ensure material and services are received in a timely matter. -Works with the suppliers, operations, design and sales to forecast material needs to avoid any equipment shortages. Coordinating with high level management to oversee both prime and sub contracts for our Northeast Operations. Acting as a liaison between various internal and external departments to facilitate project oversight. Administrator to the IPAC/SOSI prime contract valued at over $10 million with 10 subcontractors spanning various contract vehicles and awards. Developing and maintaining custom financial reports for both internal SRC management and government customers. Allocating and tracking funding for subcontracts.
