I currently work at ACL Cranes as a Dogman/ Rigger, Spotter and Crane operator with also the key responsibility to work with the social media accounts as well.My key and goal for promoting content on ACL Cranes is not to actually gain further customer base or increase jobs but rather to just showcase to our current customer base or those who are interested what type of jobs we do as a company.This is due to a super large current customer base and only being a small business with no goals to expand further.I have successfully gained more than 300 follows from local businesses and organised product promotion on our page.

While working as marketing intern at Master Builders Association of Victoria, I was responsible for producing marketing materials according to the company guidelines and brand message along with researching and organising various marketing events and promotional strategies.Key achievements:- Created a Social Media Strategy Action Plan for Master Builders to incorporate into their social media content creation to adhere to a more younger target audience.- Aided in the Event Management process for the State Apprenticeship Awards night including running socials on the night and being involved in meetings to discuss how to generate more publicity and numbers for the event.- Provided insight and reports on current social media competitors and how to increase analytics such as engagement ratios and likes.
