Manage the design, implementation, instruction and administration of corporate training programming company-wide, across 30+ offices in North America. This includes, but not limited to, the development of a new, all-remote onboarding and robust training program to address knowledge and performance gaps. Meticulous time has been spent on the expansion and reconstruction of an existing program to incorporate ongoing development of account managers and creative recruiters, extending the timeline from 90 days to 3+ years and addressing the pivot from in-person classes and training to an all-remote capacity. In doing so, training materials were transformed into an all-digital experience including Manager Toolkits, New Hire Workbooks and supplements. Additionally, I partner with corporate leadership on numerous change management roll outs and initiatives including technology advancements, internal process and customer demand changes. Programming is focused on educating leaders on the impact of change and provided guidance and materials for the transitions.
