My initial role at Kelt Capital was as Brand and Marketing Executive. This role was to lead, plan, and execute the marketing direction for the Merchant Bank’s corporate initiatives and to develop and execute marketing direction and plans for our consumer-facing brands; Kelt Merchant Finance and Kelt Finance. As the position responsible for the brand equity of Kelt Capital I was also responsible for the substantial sponsorship portfolio and for creating a commercial model for branding properties to deliver financial growth for the company. Due to the success in developing a successful commercial model for the Kelt Capital Hockey Academy I was appointed Funding Manager and then Project Manager of the Regional Sports Park Project. As Project Manager I was responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the project ensuring consistency with project strategy, commitments and goals.

It operates in five trading business units; private trusts, client accounting, financial planning, investment funds and corporate trusts. My role as Private Client Manager was primarily responsible for the efficient management and development of private client portfolios, ensuring high levels of business acumen and customer service. With a strong interest in Marketing I also was actively involved in the rebranding project to increase the market position of the company.

Soeur Design is a multichannel business operating throughout New Zealand through home functions and with two concept stores in Christchurch and Martinborough. Manufacturing the apparel range in New Zealand, China, Bali, Vietnam and Hong Kong, Soeur Design also sources original art and home decor from around the globe. My position was responsible for developing and maintaining fundamental operational systems and procedures, including overall management of the sales teams ensuring teamwork, product knowledge, customer satisfaction and business profitability. A key position in the management team I kept organisational effectiveness by providing leadership and implementation of organisational efficiencies and strategies.
