Entrepreneurship is my passion. Years ago I had no idea what I was doing when I joined Rich Nature. Having no background in marketing, brand building, or strategic business development, I was given the opportunity to sink or swim at a thriving small business that frankly didn't ask for my help. Today, I have a significantly different story. Eager to prove myself and maximize my strong sales background, I led various projects, such as steering the company toward becoming a real snack food brand by developing the brand from ground up, from logo creation to finished product design. I launched several new SKUs, getting the facilities certified (for food safety, Organic, and Kosher status), and nip-tucking the existing retail line into one that was merchandise-able, appealing, and with customer driven pricing. We expanded rapidly following the launch of our snack line and gained massive praise for design and consumer appeal. Today I am a full time Broker (licensed Managing Broker) and Founding Member of Real Residential. I work alongside some of the best Brokers in the country, and as a Team of 20 Brokers, we have done over $850M+ in 2022 alone. Recently we were voted by our Peers as "Best Team of the Year" in Seattle Agent Magazine, which is amazing, but not surprising, given how much we invest into our Clients and our relationship with fellow Brokers across the industry. Where I shine the brightest is developing new strategies to sell a product (home) or to get creative with Offer writing, and constantly empowering my clients with information and knowledge. Past experiences include strategizing the growth of start-up BizPappa alongside 2 talented individuals in the tech startup space, marketing and selling all types of real estate, including new construction to land and off market opportunities to homeowners and investors alike. When there is time, I also love consulting small business on strategic growth and brand identity.
