As a Hub Coordinator- my responsibilities include- Forming the hub's annual plan that includes projects, activities, seminars, and workshops- Recruiting team members and guiding them in leading and executing different projects and activities that address local and regional challenges- Collaborating and teaming up with different organizations in Pakistan and outside working for the same cause as Al-Sharq- Evaluating and monitoring the progress, performance, content quality, and the outcomes of the projects- Working closely with the RC- Regional Coordinator, CC- Community Coordinator and International Team of Al-Sharq to communicate the needs of the community working for Al-Sharq in Pakistan.

-Counselled/Educated young students about what courses and educational programs they need to take on a particular career.-Apprised them of the opportunities and resources available for them in their hometown and outside.

Assisted the department Professor in - Conducting a deep research into her project work on Women Refugees in South Asia as a Research Assistant - Academic responsibilities like monitoring course content, conducting quizzes, and managing other class activities as a Class Representative.

-Co-lead a team of around 20 volunteers to ensure effective management and use of available resources in the school by both volunteers and students during the summer camp.-Performed other related duties as assigned by the organization or management such as planning, maintaining and ensuring that both indoor (curricular) as well as outdoor (sport/craft) activities are taking place.
