• Familiar with the erection/maintenance/refurbishment of almost all kind of equipment (Heat exchangers, drums, filters and other stationary equipment)
• Maintain and monitor the implementation of approved QA/QC procedures and inspection program.
• Coordinate Quality Control and inspection activities among subcontractors and Company.
• Review inspection and test plans (ITP), and method of statement procedures.
• Field inspection as per ITP&SQCL’s (inspection and test plan) and Baker Hughes - GE standard specification.

• Familiar and deploy welding experience with main materials of projects (CS, SS, Hastelloy C-276 and Titanium Alloy “P52”).
• Review and approval of contractor WPS/PQR and Welder qualification.
• Review contractors ITP, Quality plan, Execution procedures and method statement.
• Assess contractor implementing the requirements of approved ITP.
• Finding of work deficiencies reported by NCR if necessary and follow up to close out.

• Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties for Piping, Mechanical, and Civil activity in Wellsite, Flowlines and CPF area.
• Inspection and Provide assurance of the quality of the painting and coating application
• Survey and Inspection of welding activity.
• Review and approval of test pack and release for hydro-test as per Tunisian law, standards project specification and international law.
• Surveillance of mechanical equipment installation, positioning, alignment and inspection as per Vendor installation manuals and Project Quality Control plan. (Static and rotating equipment, radio tower, skids…)
• Surveillance and conduction of the reinstatement of piping system and Performance of Mechanical final inspection.

Gabes - Tunisia

• Review and approval of Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Control Plans, this including Piping, Welding, Mechanical and Civil.
• Responsible for strict application of contract specification / technical requirements, drawings etc.
• Review and approval of test pack and release for hydro-test as per standards project specification.
• Review and approval of contractor WPS/PQR and QA/QC method statement procedure.
• Responsible for package mechanical completion, punch list clearing,
• Review of NDT reports and witness of NDT examination.

• Technical review (materials, accessibility, processes and staff’s qualification, controls).
