Food Analysis: Performed Milk, Butter and Khoya fat tests daily to analyze and ensure the quality. Also, measured their SNF value, LR value, TS value. R.M value of ghee. B.R value of ghee. Hygiene and Quality Inspection: Did deep visits of the unit from production hall to end-product supply hall, twice a day, daily, to make sure the food is being prepared hygienically and is safe. Quality Assurance at restaurants: Visited Spice Bazar, Yum Chinese & Thai and ETH Gulberg and assured proper hygiene and quality.GMP report and Expiry inspection of the products: Labels are attached on new products made, and expiry date on the previous products is checked daily. GMP report is made daily after deep visit sand presented to the QA Executives.Training related to COVID SOP’s and Hygiene: Gave training to the Spice Bazar Restaurant’s staff executive, chefs, and waiters regarding Punjab Govt. & Cantonment Food Authority SOP’s to prevent COVID-19 spread while resumption of restaurants and food businesses. Training lectures by QA Head at Chashni: HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Flow chart and shelf life of traditional sweets.

Showcased interpersonal and time management skills and performed all the tasks during 2 months long internship. These tasks include article writing, data analysis, marketing campaigns and attending several webinars.

Worked on the project called Automation in Finance: Vendor master data updating. In which we updated data of 1603 vendors using excel. Identified the required fields in VMD, removed duplicates, checked the tax status of Pakistani vendors and highlighted the vendors with pay term less than 60 days.

Competed with 4500+ applicants to be selected for a Stanford University funded intensive 3 month long fellowship, investing 150 hours to develop business skills (e.g communication, teamwork, problem solving, leadership etc)Our group of 7 fellows from different universities started an organization called HAQ during fellowship at Amal Academy, supported 4 underprivileged families to start their own source of income in 2 months and received best mega project award at convocation.
