Fully developed an online Social and Emotional Skills course designed for learners of all ages to cultivate skills to practice compassion to address stressors from COVID-19. Over 20,000 people have taken this course. Main contributor and driver of the project from concept and pitch, to writing and collaborating with psychology and online learning teams, to launch in partnership with the Ministry of Happiness.

As Head of In-Hospital Schooling, supervised and trained hospital teachers, managed inpatient education, and patient advocacy in schools. As Head of School Engagement, managed relationships with over 70 principals/school leaders around Dubai, developed and managed 5 robust school engagement programs (Destination Al Jalila), and generated weekly social media content.

Reviewed, assessed, and edited districtwide SEL curriculum including teacher guides. Developed social media awareness program around company mission. Developed online Adult Learning curriculum to develop social and emotional skills for professionals.

Trained and mentored staff, raised test scores, developed extracurricular programming, taught yoga and mindfulness, coached nationally acclaimed student team to win championships.

Managed Humanities department with considerations in curriculum, classroom management, and interdisciplinary initiatives. Transformed the grading culture of the school with awareness-raising and new software to create more teacher accountability and better communication with parents. Launched cross-curricular initiatives across content areas. Led several extracurricular activities including yearbook and multidisciplinary tournaments.

Developed curriculum text and content from the ground up. This project has now reached thousands of learners worldwide.

During final semester of undergraduate study, taught four secondary classes of high school English.
