After completing my Bachelor's in Law from the University of London's external programme, I gained valuable experience working in a legal firm, specialising in criminal and corporate law. Circumstances led me to take a brief hiatus, during which I found my way to the tech industry.At LoadStop, I embarked on a new journey as a Technical Support Engineer. My enthusiasm for problem-solving and attention to detail quickly propelled me into roles of increasing responsibility. Within the support department, I assumed a pivotal role as a Quality Assurance Specialist, focused on ensuring exceptional customer experiences during chats and calls.In this Quality Assurance capacity, I meticulously monitored customer interactions to ensure utmost perfectionism in every communication. I collaborated closely with the support team to provide strategic insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement and the delivery of top-tier customer support.Driven by a thirst for personal and professional growth, I became an integral member of the Learning and Development department. This role allowed me to channel my passion for education and innovation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our team's skill sets and knowledge.Complementing my professional pursuits, I am dedicated to community service. I have taken part in volunteer work with ANF Islamabad, contributing to awareness creation and organizing events for charities. Moreover, I've engaged in volunteer unpaid teaching for underprivileged children in Islamabad and volunteered at Down Syndrome Club Pakistan, a school for children with Down syndrome. These experiences have profoundly enriched my understanding of diverse needs and the impact of empathy and support.My interest in Criminal Law stems from a deep-seated desire to help people, and I am committed to shaping my career around this aspiration.
